Dopo la conferma della presenza di Johnny Depp nel cast di Black Mass, biopic sul criminale statunitense James Joseph “Whitey” Bulger Jr., secondo uomo più ricercato dall’F.B.I. dopo Osama Bin Laden, giunge la notizia che anche Tom Hardy è stato scritturato!
Il film, basato sul best seller di Dick Lehr e Gerald O’Neill, Black Mass: The True Story of an Unholy Alliance Between the FBI and the Irish Mob, sarà diretto da Scott Cooper. La sceneggiatura è firmata da Mark Mallouk.
